This Sunday, This Sunday, May 21, Randy’s sermon will be entitled “Praying Beyond Barriers!” and the scripture reference is Acts 12:1-4.
 
As this is the 3rd Sunday, small groups will meet at the building at 5:00 p.m. and other locations to be announced. 
 
 
 
 
Keep in mind our Bible Trivia, Singing night with finger foods following services Sunday evening, May 28. Members of the Main Street congregation in Lynchburg will be our guests, and ladies are encouraged to prepare extra food.

Snacks are needed for the KFC Sunday morning Bible classes as follows: breakfast bars or Pop Tarts and fruit juice packs (like Capri Sun) and small bottles of water. Thank you.

The Sharing Christ With Others youth camp at Camp JOY will be held this year June 19-24. If any WAY or KFC members are interested in going to the camp this summer, but haven’t received a camp form, please let the WAY leaders know. The WAY will hold a Car Wash at the building on Saturday, June 3, beginning at 8:00 a.m. 
 
 
 
 
As mentioned in Randy’s article, our Summer Series will begin next month and will continue through July. Instead of Wednesday nights for those two months, mid-week services will be at 7:00 p.m. each Thursday evening.

The Elm Street Church of Christ in Lynchburg will host a Fellowship and Homecoming this Sunday, May 21. The guest speaker will be Ernest Benjamin. Lunch will be served.
